Versa Aries isn’t like traditional analog radios; it’s actually an IP (Internet Protocol) two-way radio. So, the main thing it needs to work is an internet connection.

How does Versa Aries connect to the internet?

Versa Aries offers two ways to stay connected:

Via SIM Card
- It has two slots for Nano SIM cards. Just make sure the SIM has enough data for internet access.
Via Wi-Fi
- You can set up Wi-Fi right from the device’s interface, and it works with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.

What frequency does the Versa Aries use?

Versa Aries doesn’t rely on standard radio frequencies like VHF or UHF. Instead, it uses Cellular Network Bands, which range from UHF to SHF bandwidths.

Coverage depends on the cellular network of the SIM card you use. But since it’s also Wi-Fi compatible, Versa Aries can stay connected nationwide or even globally—as long as it has internet.
