Company
Thirty years in two-way radio. Built as a service from day one.
Versa Innovations delivers Radio as a Service — push-to-talk over cellular, plus body-worn video and dispatch intelligence, sold as one managed subscription instead of hardware you own and answer for.
Our story
The problem was never the radio.
Three decades in two-way radio taught us the same thing on every account: the hardware works. What fails is the minute after — the call up the chain, the report written from memory, the incident nobody can produce a record of.
So we stopped selling radios. Versa sells the outcome as a service, and keeps the ownership problem on our side of the agreement.
What we believe
Four positions we will argue in a room.
Ownership is the problem, not the solution.
Every radio fleet a customer owns is a maintenance schedule, a capital request and a spares cupboard. We took all three onto our balance sheet so they are off yours.
Accountability needs evidence.
Someone answers for what happens on a post. A record they can produce is the difference between a renewal and a dispute.
The console is not an upsell.
The command layer is the first thing cut from a competitor quote and the first thing we include. If it is optional, nobody has it when it matters.
Say only what is confirmed.
Where a figure is not cleared for external use, this site leaves a labelled gap instead of an approximation. You will find several.
Tell us the operation.
Every enquiry routes through the same intake — we match the right team to it.
